A fluffy white Samoyed named Wendy quietly walked onto one of New York City's most glamorous sets and won over nearly everyone in sight.

And it happened high above the city on a terrace at The Plaza Hotel. That's where footballer and Taylor Swift hubbie, Travis Kelce posed for Tommy Hilfiger's latest campaign while photographers, assistants, agents, and crew members worked around him. Yet some of the warmest attention belonged to the cloudlike dog sharing the set. Wendy, the Samoyed Kelce shares with his Swift, appears alongside the Kansas City Chiefs tight end in the brand's New York-centered campaign, giving her a moment all her own in front of the camera.

The idea of adding a dog reportedly started with the Tommy Hilfiger creative team, and Kelce suggested bringing in Wendy. It proved a fitting choice. Rather than looking uneasy amid the cameras, lights, and unfamiliar faces, the fluffy pup settled up alongside her person and fit naturally into the scene.

Apparently the cooperative Samoyed "crushed it" according to Kelce and the pics with the two of them, were his favorites from the shoot. Rumour has it that when someone complimented the dog on set, his affection was immediate: "Are you kidding me? She lights up my day."

The campaign ultimately plans to include an impressive roster of celebrities with names like Gigi Hadid, Jisoo, Peggy Gou, Frances Tiafoe, and Carmelo Anthony being mentioned. Still, a single, people-loving Samoyed drew plenty of attention of her own. As it should be, right?

One scene shows Kelce arriving at his room at The Plaza before settling onto a couch with his four-legged buddy happily accepting affection. Another photograph captures her sitting close with her paw wrapped around his leg and her tongue out. Kelce teased the appearance on Instagram, promising "one very special cameo."

Wendy joins a household already used to the spotlight. Swift's cats Olivia Benson, Meredith Grey, and Benjamin Button have each had their own memorable moments — Olivia in a Keds ad, both Olivia and Meredith in a DirecTV commercial, and Benjamin alongside Swift on her 2023 Time Person of the Year cover. Now Wendy has her turn.
